Join our crew for a night of high seas & spirits as the Social Committee proudly presents ROCK THE BOAT! A new banquet has arrived to the Culture Week, and we this time grab our raincoats and lifevests and gather in the Rotunda for a night of high spirits and loud sea shanties as we become one as a crew and embrace the traditional culture and past times of those far at sea. This legendary event takes place AFTER suppertime, and we therefore ask the crew to arrive with a stoma...ch capable of weathering the stormy night. For those that need some extra strength however, there will be some food available for purchase from the bar. Where: The Rotunda, the ONLY open entrance will be the Rotunda entrance. Dresscode: Raincoats, fishermen-hats and/or other forms clothing that one should wear when travelling across the high, unforgiving seas. When: Saturday evening around 20.00. Time-slots for entry will be sent out group wise to the e-mail adresses entered when buying your ticketsa couple of hours before the event. These time slots are to be strictly followed or else you risk not being able to enter until all other groups have done so first. MASTER INTRODUCTIONS 2021 Apply to become a project leader of the Master Introductions 2021!! :) Deadline: Apply before April 25th at SASSE.se... Do you think that the introduction was the highlight of your time here at SSE and in SASSE? Now, you have the amazing opportunity to do it all over again if you apply to become the introductions project leader! In this versatile role, you will have the chance to sharpen your leadership skills, learn to cooperate with many different people, and take on great responsibility. It is your job to make all of the new master students feel welcome at SSE and in SASSE, and coordinate all of the exciting events during the first two weeks of their time here. You will be the face of the introductions. Besides this, you will structure your project group's work, be responsible for the internal culture, and function as the connecting link with all the members of the project. The role is best suited for the social and outgoing person who feels comfortable speaking in front of many people. You should also enjoy managing and coordinating people and have the drive to create an inclusive community spirit.
