First, live case with IoT data from Real Estate Core platform #ProptechOS We are happy to announce that we started pulling sensor data live from ProptechOS last week in one of our customer cases. The #IoT sensors measure #IAQ levels in a clothing store in central Uppsala, where ADA also optimizes the #HVAC Controls to achieve an excellent indoor air climate to the lowest possible energy consumption. The sensors are hooked up to ProptechOS via LoRa and sent directly to ADA ...where the readings are used to calculate optimal setpoints for the HVAC unit. Today is the International Women's Day and we grasp the opportunity to pay tribute to the two women whom we named our company and service after: Sally Ride was the first female astronaut (U.S) in space. After leaving NASA in 1987, she worked at Stanford University before she became a professor in physics at the University of California in San Diego. Ride worked actively to encourage children, and especially girls, to study science throughout her life. Ada Lovelace was an Engl...ish mathematician, famously known for publishing the first algorithm intended to be used on a machine. Well, in fact winter is already here of course. And with outside temperatures well below 0C, the energy consumption for maintaining a comfortable indoor climate is soaring.
