Raw Granola 1.5 cup buckwheat (soak overnight and leave to dry for one day) 10 dates 1/2 cup of grated coconut 1/2 cup of linseeds (soaked overnight)... 1/2 cup of raisins Blend all ingredients apart from the buckwheat and raisins in a food processor then mix all ingredients on a tray and spread it out into an even layer. Leave it to dry overnight in a dehydrator or over a warm radiator. Or during a warm summer day, in the sun. Eat as it is or with raw almond mylk.
Sweet Lemon Bread 1.5 cup buckwheat (soaked over night) 1/2 cup linseeds (soaked over night) 1/2 cup sunflower seeds (soaked over night) 4 deglet noor dates... 2 figs 1/4 lemon peel (grated) Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Spread out the mixture on a plate and leave to dry for about 4 hours in a dehydrator and then turn around and dry for an hour or two on the other side. Can also be dried in the summer sun or over a warm radiator or equivalent (around 40 degrees or less). Eat with fruit or nut spread or even better just as they are.
