Today, the ugly Christmas sweater has become a tradition, they are decorated and even have flashing lights. We believe in the ugly Christmas sweater and the joy it gives. So today we chose to throw on the sweater, showed it off with pride for each other. A good laugh prolongs life, long live the ugly Christmas sweater.

October has been a good month for us. Together we have worked out over 200 times! physical activity is important for #mentalhealth and it helps us maintain a good productivity and #energy . We have run, swam, power walked, paddled, spinning, gym, mtb, and played floorball. Early #October our #mentalhealth month began. In only 16 days we have, together, worked out over a 100 times in only 16 days! Now that’s what I call #motivation!
