Hard at work..! Members of the international selection jury for 6th Riga International Textile and Fibre Art Triennial Tradition&Innovation

Today PASI travelled to Riga in Latvia to meet fellow international jurors who will be deciding the best submissions for the 6th Riga International Textile and Fibre Art Triennial, Tradition and Innovation with the theme IDENTITY. Organised by the Latvian National Museum of Art/ Museum of Decorative Arts and Design, Riga, the exhibition will be made up of the finalists will be shown over the summer and early autumn from 6 June 9 September 2018. The IDENTITY theme was chosen because the Latvian State will celebrate its 100th anniversary next year, as will neighbouring countries Lithuania and Estonia, adding a Triennial element aimed at highlighting the role and contribution of the Baltic artists.
