Monday feeling - quitting it’s not an option! The feeling after the sixth attempt trying to turn the wheel 100 kg of love was soooo goood!! I didn’t know at the time that I fractured my finger but that’s another story.. but I can tell you this.. next year I am gonna try to turn it again.. but with a new goal of max 3 attempts! Scapula control & stability . The ability to move joints independently is extremely important, even more important is having full control over that joint. This movement/exercise called THE SCAPULAR PULL UP is an awesome exercise to build an overall stability through your shoulder joint and gain that full control over the joint. .... How?! You are raising (elevating) and lowering (depressing) your scapula in isolation, which takes awareness and control. I personally think it’s a great warm up exercise for an overall activation. ( in the video I am doing a version of the exercise which applies with half the gravity momentum, otherwise I recommend you guys to try hanging from the bar and letting your legs hang like a monkey ) . . . I am back.. slowly Been m.i.a for like 2 weeks.. sorry but I was battling Corona with all the symtoms and just needed to rest!
