Good morning! Yesterday five fighters from MMI Sweden participated in a great shoot in Foteviken. A dramatized documentary about the viking warrior woman found in Birka. The grave was found in 1889 and was just recently DNA tested, which proved that this high standing warrior was a woman! Now, we men of MMI, that gets our asses kicked daily by our female fighters, are not in any way surprised, but happy that more and more proof about this is found! In a few days five more guys from MMI Sweden will go to Åland for more filmatic fighting!

CWC Production News:An English actor has been picked to play Bonnie Prince Charlie in a major new movie of the Young Pretender. MMi Loudoun: Is a socil media page for members of Movie Mercenaries international and providing experienced cast and crews for film production Multi-media sevices through the medium of Living History. There are many projects currently in development planned for East Ayrshire that include Film Production training opportunities and a medieval fort & village to link up with two other similar operations in Newton Stewart & Stranraer promoting the history of the people from the ancient Kingdom of Galloway (Galloglaich) that once ruled from the Mull of Galloway to the estuary of the river Clyde

CWC/MMi Production updates: The Great Getaway: Finances are all in place but finding difficulty with leading parts. Probable move forward on shooting dates to late fall 2015. Wallace TV Historical Series: New contracts being signed this month but looks likely to be shooting the first series 2016... Sergeant MacKenzie Epic WW1 TV series: Outline script finished this month. Shooting schedule proposed for early 2016 Galloway Green screen: The largest green screen in the UK and hub studios development well underway and look to be operational by fall 2015 MMiMA Film-Combat training workshops (Galloway): Grants of 18k have been passed for film fight training workshops. A further 18k match funding to follow soon. Qualification and training opps proposed for students (Male/Female) August/September 2015 European funding being put in place for film co-development projects between Scotland Movie Mercenaries Sweden and Movie Mercenaries Ireland & Movie Mercenaries Italy in development stages.
