The last month of 2021 is here and with it our last newsletter. We wish all our players, parents, support members and their families a happy holiday season and great start into the New Year! The Board is starting their planning for the Annual Meeting so most news are about that. And our kids get the amazing opportunity for indoor training at Kombihallen!... Sista månaden av 2021 är här och med det vårt sista nyhetsbrev. Vi önskar alla våra spelare, föräldrar, stödmedlemmar och deras familjer en trevlig helg och gott nytt år! Styrelsen påbörjar sin planering inför årsmötet så de flesta nyheterna handlar om det. Och våra barn får den fantastiska möjligheten till inomhusträning i Kombihallen!

Vi kommer att ha träning i kombihallen på lördagar 14-16. Kombihallen är en stället var vi kan kasta och slå ordentligt på inomhus träning. (Tyvärr är det inte alla lördagar utan de ni finner nedan) Dec 4, 11 Jan 8, 15, 22 Feb 5, 19, 26... Mar 5, 12, 19, 26 Apr 2 Efter detta hoppas vi att kunna starta upp utomhus. This winter we have booked indoor training in Kombihallen. Kombihallen is a great facility where we can properly hit and throw during our indoor season! The trainings will be 14-16 on Saturdays. (see the schedule below for exceptions) Dec 4, 11 Jan 8, 15, 22 Feb 5, 19, 26 Mar 5, 12, 19, 26 Apr 2 After this date, or maybe before even, we hope to start outdoors again!

Hey Members, Not too much happening for the month of November but our Newsletter highlights Kul i Malmö this Höstlov which has already started yesterday. Otherwise we just highlight the Junior players who traveled to Spain and Senior players who traveled to Copenhagen during October. Have a great autumn month before our winter break. *Updates for the kids and junior indoor practices will be shared soon as the kommun has not yet opened booking for indoor training to us.

Ingen träning idag! No practice today!

Här är bilder från Barcelona som visar våra duktiga juniorer i Pilots samt farmarlag - händelserika dagar med motstånd med pitching över 80 mph - Linus Parkler saknas på bilden då han tyvärr fått uppsöka sjukhus. Tufft motstånd med mycket kompetenta motståndare och mycket lärdomar. Bra jobbat grabbar!

Today 4 of our Junior players travel to Spain to play in the Catalunya Baseball Week! Teo Berg, Linus Parkler and Linus Wettemark represent Sweden Academy, and Gustav Bostrand plays with the Swedish U-18 national team. Carlos Perez Baez will be a U-18 team coach in the tournament. We are very excited to see how their performances will be, what other teams they will face, and overall hope they have a great time and sunny and warm weather down in Spain. What an awesome weekend in Copenhagen! The Urban Achievers invited the Pilots over to Copenhagen to check out their brand new baseball field. The team put so much effort into the field and kept joking "we finished the last thing this morning". We had a great time in this friendly match and the Pilots actually took the win with 7:3 but an amazing team to play against who gave us a good struggle against a great pitcher for the first couple innings . The Pilots Seniors had a blast heading over the Öresund Bridge for a day trip and baseball game on a beautiful new baseball field!
