What came this morning: "' Tide comes in, tide goes out' I have often heard myself say, but the tide keeps coming further in every single day. We all feel the same on different levels, drowning or swimming but all afraid. Hoping, dreaming, wishing that it would all just go away. We all miss our friends, our family, meeting for coffee and outings where we can play. But it is in our homes, where we are hopefully safe where we have been told to stay. So in our homes, we ruminate..., do the job that has been sitting there for years and find a project to create, to distract us and push away the tears. We are all feeling different, different kinds of worried, anxious and alone but this is only to be expected as we are not made out of stone. So it is important to keep your heart and push a smile through those eyes as one act of kindness right now might be a much needed prize. Be your truth. Be your love. Be the Earth beneath your feet.
