Today is world baijiu day! For Those of you who don't know what Baijiu is, it is a Chinese liquor that has a unique fermentation process that gives it a characteristic flavor. We tried it a bunch of times and love it! Today we wish we could celebrate it with an amazing dinner at Surfers and Baijiu drinks. How are you celebrating Baijiu day?

Few weeks ago we had the pleasure to enjoy the most amazing Chinese feast at @restaurang_r.asia . The dinner was hosted by @lusaaf and Mr Chen who owns R’Asia. Together they put together over fifteen different Chinese dishes for us to try. Everything from fragrant crab, whole fish, lamb racks to jellyfish, testicles and everything in between. We are so thankful for this experience, the hospitality Mr Chen and his team showed us was heart warming. We will be back very soon. And thanks @lusaaf and Dragon Brother for teaching us the hard way how to drink baijiu!
