9 out of 10 people in poor countries are set to miss out on a #COVID19 vaccine next year. Meanwhile, rich countries have hoarded enough doses to vaccinate their... entire populations nearly 3 times over. Rich countries representing just 14% of the world’s population have bought up over half of all COVID-19 vaccines so far. We need a #PeoplesVaccine, not a profit vaccine. Pharmaceutical companies Pfizer, Moderna, Inc., BioNTech, AstraZeneca Careers must share the science, technology and know-how behind their vaccine, otherwise billions could miss out. Governments must ensure that the pharmaceutical industry puts peoples’ lives before profits. No one is safe from COVID-19 until everyone is safe.
